An hour on the turbo is certainly much more of an effort than an hour on the road, did 15 min warm up followed by 5 30 second sprints at 5 minute intervals, then 22 minutes cool down in zone 2 to make up the hour. Will push it to 6 sprint intervals, next time. First 50 mins of session were OK but the last 10 were hard.
Looking to get out on the road this week for a nice 3 hr Zone 2 ride now the ice has departed and I have girly mud flaps fitted to the Trek.
