I am not a keen time trialist nor do I think I ever will be, which would explain why I am so happy with breaking the 1/2 hr barrier for a 10 mile TT. I occasionally use the TT circuit just as a measure on how I'm improving. I don't enjoy going 'balls out' for half an hour, it just doesn't give me much pleasure. So the time........... 29:48 a long way off a good time but it'll do for me, 1st of 2010 targets crossed off the list.
